Where Vacations Come True
Spot On Travel is an official partner to AotS (Autism on the Seas), an award-winning organisation providing cruises with expert support. These Staffed Cruises are selected from regular cruises throughout the year, and we assist adults and families in accommodating the typical cruise services, as well as providing specialized Respite and Private Activities/Sessions that allow our guests the use of the ships entertainment venues in an accommodated and assisted manner. Our professional Staff (educated, experienced, background checked and sanctioned by the cruise lines) accompanies you on your cruise to provide these amazing vacation and travel experiences onboard Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Norwegian, Disney and Carnival Cruise Lines.
To accommodate families even further, our Staffed Cruises are open to all Extended Family and Friends. Extended family and friends can book directly with us, and they also receive all of the same benefits and services, including expedited/priority boarding, private muster drill, dinner seating, private venue sessions, reserved show seating, siblings and childhood friends can attend our respite sessions and everything found here:
Autism on the Seas is the Leading Developmental Disability Service Supplier to the Cruise Industry, but cannot be used with your NDIS plan.
“Siblings really do take a back seat to the autism world as we all know. They sacrifice time, social lives, schedules and so much more. At times a simple conversation with my older son is difficult because my youngest who has autism will do attention seeking behavior because the attention isn’t on him. Traveling with AotS really allowed my typical son and I to relax and reconnect. During staff assisted activities as well as during respite, you are able to have the peace of mind knowing your child is being cared for by experts in the autism field. In this picture my typical son and I are taking a picture on the beach while my youngest who is on the spectrum plays with a staff member.” Tiffany Meyers, cruised June 2018.
“As a single parent of a young adult with significant special needs, a cruise vacation was just a dream. I came across Autism on the Seas through a Facebook Post and I was intrigued. We were invited to a ship tour and we were sold. My Daughter's needs did not disappear because we were on a cruise ship but I was not alone. The Staff was there to support us at meal times, excursions & during all of the fun activities available on the ship. My Daughter loved going to Respite. She made connections with staff and other children and young adults. Respite gave us both the freedom to enjoy ourselves without worries. I connected with other families who truly "get it". I hope this cruise will be the first of many.” Carolyn Mooney, cruised March 2018
“Thank you to Autism on the Seas for helping make our cruise extra special. Jonah and our family had a great time making wonderful memories. What a wonderful time we had with our amazing Autism on the Seas friends. Jay has become family to us!! ! What a blessing it is know that the Orange shirts are always around.” DeAnna Scott, cruised April 2018
“We haven't had a family vacation ever. For the first time in 8 years we took a chance and it was the best decision we have ever made. I know now that we could not vacation without AotS but I feel relieved that we CAN vacation with their help. The support was incredible and I feel so much happier to know that I can look forward and plan something my whole family can enjoy. Make those precious vacation memories that I never thought we would be able to have. I now have pictures to put on my walls with my children smiling in them.” Shannon McMackin, cruised April 2018
